5. Resource Usage

Customers must use resources responsibly.

The following may result in suspension:

  • Excessive CPU, memory, or network usage that disrupts other users

  • Running services unrelated to the purchased hosting plan

  • Abuse of shared infrastructure

We may limit or suspend services to maintain platform stability.

6. Payments and Billing

Customers agree to pay all applicable fees for services.

  • Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Prices may change with advance notice.

Refund policies, if applicable, will be specified on our website or order pages.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

While North Point Hosting may offer backup services, we do not guarantee data recovery and are not responsible for data loss.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Payment is overdue

  • The service is used for illegal or harmful activities

  • Required by law or regulatory authority

Customers may cancel services at any time through their account portal or by contacting support.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, trademarks, and materials provided by North Point Hosting remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

Customers retain ownership of their hosted content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Point Hosting shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of profits

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for services in the previous 12 months.

12. Indemnification
